Discussions on the possibility of academic cooperation with Udayana University and an agreement with ITB STIKOM Bali University are the first results of the NCU delegation's visit to Indonesia.
The first day of the visit began with a meeting with the rector of Udayana University, Prof. Ketut Sudarsana, and the deans of the faculties. The talks focused on opportunities for academic cooperation, student and academic staff exchanges, and the development of joint research and educational projects. Maritime law, AI and cooperation within the fields of study offered by the NCU Collegium Medicum in Bydgoszcz were identified as potential areas of activity. Cooperation in the field of economics will also continue, and dr Aranka Ignasiak Szulc will give lectures at Udayana University.

The Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń has also signed a cooperation agreement with the Institute of Technology and Business ITB STIKOM Bali. The agreement was signed by the rector of the Indonesian university, Prof. Dadang Hermawan, and – on behalf of the rector of the Nicolaus Copernicus University, Prof. Andrzej Tretyn – dr habil. Magdalena Barwiołek, NCU Prof., Vice-Rector for International Relations. The agreement covers student exchanges, social engagement and scientific cooperation.

- Katarzyna Pawlonka – Coordinator for international educational projects from the Department of International Partnerships and Educational Mobility;
- Marta Żuchowska and Aleksandra Kowalska – Specialists in international student recruitment from the Department of International Partnerships and Educational Mobility;
- Kinga Nemere-Czachowska – Coordinator of the NCU Alumni Programme from the NCU Department of Promotion and Communication
